By accessing or using MyXRP, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MyXRP provides educational information, research tools, market-data tools, calculators, XRP-related resources, news organization and aggregation, personal research tools, and personal dashboard features.

MyXRP is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, exchange, bank, custodian, tax advisor, or law firm. Please see the Disclaimer for additional information.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your login credentials, protecting your account, and notifying MyXRP if you believe unauthorized access has occurred. You may not attempt to access another person's account.

You may voluntarily enter XRP holdings or goals into My Stack. MyXRP does not verify ownership of those assets and is not responsible for investment decisions based on manually entered information.

Users must never submit seed phrases, private keys, or other cryptocurrency signing credentials to MyXRP.

You may not:

• attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or damage MyXRP;
• bypass security or access controls;
• scrape the service at abusive scale;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• misuse APIs or automated systems;
• impersonate another person;
• use MyXRP for unlawful activity;
• upload malicious code;
• interfere with other users; or
• exploit errors or vulnerabilities.

Price, chart, ranking, news, and other information may come from third-party sources. MyXRP does not guarantee that information will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or available. Market conditions can change faster than displayed information.

Tools such as Dream Calculator, My Stack projections, millionaire scenarios, and other examples perform mathematical calculations based on user inputs and available data. They are illustrative only and do not guarantee that XRP will reach any displayed price or value.

Lighthouse may provide live or recent market data, market summaries, AI-assisted analysis, and news context. These features are informational only and should not be interpreted as a trading signal, investment recommendation, buy/sell instruction, or price guarantee.

MyXRP may display, organize, summarize, or link to third-party news. MyXRP does not own or control third-party reporting. Inclusion does not necessarily mean endorsement. Article availability and accuracy remain the responsibility of the original publisher.

MyXRP may link to wallets, exchanges, tax platforms, security products, financial platforms, news sites, and other third-party resources. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. MyXRP is not responsible for their products, services, security, availability, or actions.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners. MyXRP is an independent project and is not Ripple or Ripple Labs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MyXRP is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Ripple or other referenced companies.

For account features such as saved notes and research, you retain ownership of information you create or save. You grant MyXRP only the limited permission necessary to store, process, and display that information back to you as part of the service.

MyXRP may add features, remove features, modify tools, change data providers, update functionality, or discontinue parts of the service without guaranteeing that every feature will remain permanently available.

Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary for reasons such as abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, violation of these Terms, or attempts to damage or exploit the service.

MyXRP is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. MyXRP does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyXRP is not responsible for losses arising from investment decisions, market movements, inaccurate third-party data, service interruptions, third-party products or websites, user security mistakes, or reliance on educational or AI-generated information.

You agree not to hold MyXRP responsible for claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Applicable governing law will depend on MyXRP's established legal/business jurisdiction. If a governing jurisdiction has been verified elsewhere in MyXRP's legal documents, that information applies.

These Terms may be updated as MyXRP evolves. The "Last updated" date will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use following an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
